The Yankees have placed Scott Effross on the 60-day injured list. (New York Yankees on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The move was made to make room for the addition of Clayton Andrews. Aaron Boone announced on Wednesday that Effross won't pitch this season till the summer.
