Alex Cobb closer to returning to minor league rehab start

Alex Cobb, recovering from Tommy John surgery, pitched two simulated innings in live batting practice. The Rays will decide if he is ready to return to minor league rehab starts. He had previously stopped pitching after his first rehab appearance due to fatigue. (Marc Topkin, Tampa Bay Times)
Fantasy Impact:
It's likely Cobb may only make a handful of major league starts at best if his rehab is successful. He won't provide much value this season, so a roster spot in dynasty leagues would be the best bet.
