Fantasy Impact: Samuel hasn’t practiced since injuring his hamstring in the 49ers Week 5 win over the Seahawks. He'll hope to return after the bye week.

Fantasy Impact: Evans sat out the 49ers loss before the bye against the Falcons on Sunday. He'll hope to return after missing just one game.
Rashid Shaheed (knee) received positive news regarding his knee injury with the early testing showing that it seems to be minor. Shaheed left Monday nights game against Kansas City early on and did not return. (Source: Brady Henderson on X)
Fantasy Impact: It’s good news for Shaheed that it seems like he will only miss a few weeks at most. However, if he misses time, Cooper Kupp seems next in line for targets, but AJ Barner also stepped up in his absence as well. Tory Horton appeared to take over return duties, and he could see additional snaps as well.
Jaylin Noel (toe) is still having his toe injury evaluated to find the extend of his injury, per HC DeMeco Ryans. (Source: Aaron Wilson on X)
Fantasy Impact: Noel left the Texans game against the Giants early on, and did not return due to turf toe. It’s likely he will miss at least a week, and possibly more, but fantasy managers will have to wait for additional news to come out to be certain.
Puka Nacua (calf) is officially active for Week 7 for the Los Angeles Rams against the Las Vegas Raiders according to Ian Rapoport. (Source: Ian Rapoport on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact: Nacua will suit up after passing through pregame checks on his injured calf, offering quarterback Matthew Stafford one of the few potential impactful pass-catching options in a banged-up Rams air attack against the Raiders Sunday.
49ers WR Christian Kirk (calf) is officially active for a Week 7 matchup with the Falcons.
Fantasy Impact: Kirk is set to make his debut for the 49ers and could be heavily involved with Deebo Samuel and Mike Evans both out due to injury. Fantasy managers should expect Kirk to see plenty of playing time against Atlanta.
Dolphins WR Caleb Douglas (ankle) is officially active for Week 7 matchup with the Jets.
Fantasy Impact: Douglas has been out of action since Week 2. Prior to his injury, he had seven receptions for 113 yards in his first two NFL games. Fantasy managers should expect him to be involved in the Dolphins' passing attack.
Texans WR Tank Dell (knee) is officially active for a Week 7 matchup with the Giants.
Fantasy Impact: Dell was considered questionable to play but will suit up for the first time since December 2024. Fantasy managers should expect Dell to have limited fantasy value right now.
Titans WR Calvin Ridley (hip) is officially inactive for a Week 7 matchup with the Browns.
Fantasy Impact: Ridley was tagged as questionable as he dealt with a hip injury that lingered throughout the week. His absence will likely open up some playing time for a few depth wide receivers on the roster.

Fantasy Impact: Wicks did not practice this week, so this does not come as a surprise. However, multiple important players will miss Week 7, including Wicks and wide receiver DeVonta Smith. Quarterback Tanner McKee will rely on a patchwork offense in a divisional matchup.

Fantasy Impact: This is how the week trended, with Smith not practicing at all heading into Week 7. Smith had returned after a multi-game hiatus for Week 6, catching a touchdown from quarterback Tanner McKee; now, McKee will be without a key offensive weapon.

Fantasy Impact: As expected, Golden is officially off of Green Bay's injury report and good to go for Week 7. He will play against the Lions and should be started in nearly all league formats at this point in the season.

Fantasy Impact: Melton is uncertain to play on Sunday due to the back injury that is currently bothering him. If he's ruled out ahead of game time, Savion Williams may see more work as a result of his absence, though not likely enough to be a relevant fantasy option.

Fantasy Impact: Williams is going to be available to play on Sunday, despite managing an ankle injury earlier in the week. He isn't expected to see a lot of work against the Lions, however, though his workload will increase if Bo Melton (back) is ruled out ahead of game time.

Fantasy Impact: The star wideout is officially off of the team's injury report and will be available to play on Sunday. Fantasy managers should feel good starting him in what projects to be a great matchup against the Lions on Sunday.

Fantasy Impact: Bateman will be good to go for Sunday's game after being limited by a shoulder issue earlier in the week. He isn't expected to be a trustworthy fantasy option in this game, however, though his ceiling will be raised considerably if QB Lamar Jackson (ankle) is cleared to play ahead of game time.

Fantasy Impact: Rice will miss a second straight game due to injury, leaving Xavier Worthy, Jalen Royals, and Cyrus Allen to face off against the Seattle Seahawks secondary. Worthy should at least get some short area PPR scam targets, making him a flex option, but the other receivers are not reliable enough to start as of this moment.

Fantasy Impact: Mitchell has not played since Week 2, but he has been practicing this week and will return to the field Sunday. Mitchell was off to a strong start for the Jets this season, hauling in 9-of-15 targets for 123 yards over the first two games. With Garrett Wilson and rookie Omar Cooper Jr. both out there as well, it will be interesting to see how Mitchell works back into the mix.

Fantasy Impact: Waddle was limited for a second-straight practice on Thursday. He's dealing with a chest issue right now, and it remains to be seen if it will leave him with an injury designation heading into the weekend. Courtland Sutton will see more work in the off-chance that Waddle is unable to play in Week 7.

Fantasy Impact: Jones was again limited on Thursday as he continues to deal with an Achilles issue of some kind. He is relegated to mostly a special teams role at this point in the season, however, so his status won't have much of an impact for fantasy purposes this week.

Fantasy Impact: As expected, Allen was back at practice on Thursday after getting the day off on Wednesday. He was a full participant and should be fully good to go for Week 7's matchup against the Minnesota Vikings.

Fantasy Impact: Gould is still in the NFL's concussion protocols and wasn't able to practice again on Thursday as a result. He is likely to be out in Week 7, but his absence wouldn't have much of an impact for fantasy purposes.

Fantasy Impact: Dulin was only able to participate in Thursday's practice in a limited fashion, thanks to the hamstring injury he's dealing with. He may play in Week 7, but fantasy managers shouldn't expect him to do much even if active against the Vikings.

Fantasy Impact: The veteran wideout is going to miss another game due to the calf issue that he's recovering from. Rookie Germie Bernard was already expected to see a lot of work in this game, but this move clears his path to a large workload even more.
