Welcome to my Week 12 Draftpot Fan Mode lineup advice. I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and is ready for some more great matchups this weekend. Since there were three games on Thanksgiving, this slate is a little lighter than usual. Let’s go ahead and jump right into my Week 12 recommendations.

Tournament Lineup
Quarterback
Brian Hoyer (HOU) – vs. NO
Now that the Saints are off of the bye, it is time to pick on them again. The Saints have given up 17 passing touchdowns in their last three games. This is great news for Brian Hoyer and the Texans since, they have one of the fastest paced offenses in the league and they don’t particularly run the ball well.
Running Back
Adrian Peterson (MIN) – at ATL
Adrian Peterson has been playing great over the last three weeks, scoring touchdowns in three consecutive games. This week he has a great matchup against the Falcons, who allow the third-most Draftpot points to running backs this season.
Doug Martin (TB) – at BAL
Last week Doug Martin ran wild for 235 yards against the Eagles, who have been solid against the run this season. While he probably won’t run for 235 yards again this week, he does have an even better matchup against the Colts, who struggle against the run.
Wide Receiver
DeAndre Hopkins (HOU) – vs. NO
This is a no brainer stack with Brian Hoyer. DeAndre Hopkins has been great this season and the Saints have been terrible against the pass.
Odell Beckham Jr. (NYG) – at WAS
Odell Beckham Jr. has been outstanding over the last three weeks with 21 receptions, 339 receiving yards and four touchdowns. This week he has another decent matchup against the Redskins.
Demaryius Thomas (DEN) – vs. NE
Demaryius Thomas finally scored another touchdown last week after having a six-game drought. It sounds crazy, but now that Peyton Manning is out Thomas should return to being a top-tier option. Brock Osweiler is younger and has a much stronger arm than Manning does at this stage of his career. Therefore, Thomas should once again be a deep threat for the Broncos offense.
Tight End
Delanie Walker (TEN) – vs. OAK
Delanie Walker is still leading the Titans in receiving yards, receptions and touchdowns this season. This week he has a great matchup against the Raiders, who have given up 10 touchdowns to tight ends this season.
Flex
Jarvis Landry (MIA) at NYJ
This could definitely be a sneaky tournament play since it has been announced that Revis will be out for the Jets. Jarvis Landry could have his easiest matchups of the season and could be the PPR monster that we all expected him to be coming into this season.
Larry Fitzgerald (ARI) – at SF
Larry Fitzgerald has had a great season this year and he has a great matchup against the 49ers this week. Back in Week 3, Fitzgerald had 11 targets, nine receptions, 134 receiving yards and two touchdowns against the 49ers.
Defense/Special Teams
Kansas City Chiefs vs. BUF
The Chiefs have been playing great defense over the last four games. They have only given up 39 points while accumulating 16 sacks, 12 takeaways and three touchdowns.
Kicker
Josh Brown (NYG) – at WAS
Josh Brown has scored the second most Draftpot points for kickers this season and he should have plenty of opportunities to build on that against the Redskins this week.
Cash Lineup
Quarterback
Carson Palmer (ARI) – at SF
Carson Palmer has thrown at least three touchdowns and 317 yards in each of the past three games. This week he and the Cardinals have a great matchup against the 49ers
Running Back
Adrian Peterson (MIN) – at ATL
Adrian Peterson is the top running back this week with his easy matchup against the Falcons.
Todd Gurley (STL) – at CIN
Todd Gurley has a tough matchup this week against the Bengals. However, he has proven that he is matchup proof. He also has a nice streak of five games in a row with at least one touchdown.
Wide Receiver
Julio Jones (ATL) – vs. MIN
With Devonta Freeman out, look for the Falcons to lean on the passing game with Julio Jones.
DeAndre Hopkins (HOU) – vs. NO
DeAndre Hopkins is one of the best receivers in the league and he has an outstanding matchup against the Saints.
Odell Beckham Jr. (NYG) – at WAS
Beckham has been great the past three games and he has another decent matchup this week against the Redskins.
Tight End
Delanie Walker (TEN) – vs. OAK
For once I’m not going to recommend Rob Gronkowski. With Julian Edelman out, and Danny Amendola banged up, the Broncos can afford to take away Gronkowski. Delanie Walker has a much better matchup and is also the leading receiver for the Titans.
Flex
Larry Fitzgerald (ARI) – at SF
Larry Fitzgerald is having a great season and he has a great matchup this week against the 49ers.
Demaryius Thomas (DEN) – vs. NE
Demaryius Thomas can be trusted again now that the younger, Brock Osweiler took over for Peyton Manning.
Defense/Special Teams
Arizona Cardinals – at SF
Plain and simple, the 49ers have a terrible offense this season.
Kicker
Stephen Gostkowski (NE) at DEN
Stephen Gostkowski is one of the most accurate kickers and the highest scoring team in the NFL.
