Darren Sproles has taken over the starting job in Philly

Welcome to the Week 10 NFL FanDuel lineup article. This article will focus on the main slate on FanDuel which features 12 games. Even though there has not been any significant injury news to open up unexpected value, roster construction is pretty easy to accomplish this week. Let’s go ahead and take a look at my FanDuel cash game lineup for Week 10.

Quarterback

Marcus Mariota (TEN): $7,400 vs. GB
Mariota has started to look like a reliable option over that past few weeks, scoring the most FanDuel points for quarterbacks since Week 5. He’s in another great spot to succeed this week against the Packers, who are only middle of the pack against the pass. With DeMarco Murray and Derrick Henry both a little banged up, the Titans are going to have to rely on Mariota to keep up with the Packers.

Other Notables

Running Back

David Johnson(ARI): $9,400 vs. SF
Johnson is pricey this week at $9,400, but I think it is justifiable given his talent and the matchup against the 49ers. The 49ers have been absolutely embarrassed by opposing team’s’ running backs this season, allowing 5.5 yards per carry. Not that it matters too much since he is involved in the passing game, but the Cardinals are currently 13.5 point favorites in Vegas, which means Johnson should see a heavy dosage of carries late in this game.

Darren Sproles (PHI): $5,100 vs. ATL
Appearing for the second week in a row in this article, Sproles is once again another solid value option for this week. Prior to last week’s game, head coach Doug Pederson said that Sproles would see an extended role for the Eagles. Now Pederson is saying that Sproles will be the Eagles’ lead running back. He should now consistently see about 20 touches between rushing attempts and receptions in this offense. He should be a safe option to roster since he will still be productive in the passing game, even if the Eagles end up trailing early in this game.

Other Notables

Wide Receiver

Antonio Brown (PIT): $8,600 vs. DAL
Brown needed garbage time to reach value last week, but he did so nonetheless. Brown and Roethlisberger should be more in sync together this week since Big Ben is another week removed from being out with an injury. The Cowboys have been pretty stout against the run this season, so I could really see Big Ben forcing the ball to Brown this week which provides Brown with a safe floor, yet still tremendous upside.

Mike Evans (TB): $8,500 vs. CHI
Evans is my favorite cash game wide receiver for Week 10. Evans has averaged 13 targets per game this season and has four touchdowns over the past three weeks. He should no problem against the Bears this week, who have allowed the third-most FanDuel points to wide receivers this season.

Tyrell Williams (SD): $5,900 vs. MIA
Williams had a solid game against the Titans in Week 9 with six receptions, 65 yards and a touchdown. He has another solid matchup against the Dolphins this week, who have been brutal at defending against the pass this season.

Other Notables

Tight End

Zach Miller (CHI): $5,400 at TB
Even though Miller did not score a touchdown in his last game he  was still probably  happy to see Jay Cutler back as the starting quarterback. Miller was able to reel in seven of his 10 targets for 88 yards in Week 8 against the Vikings. This week he has a much better matchup against the Buccaneers, who have struggled at defending the tight end position this season.

Other Notables

Kicker

Nick Novak (HOU): $4,500 at JAC
Novak does not have the leg to be considered an elite kicker. However, he has been getting a steady amount of short field goal opportunities, leading the entire NFL with 18 made field goals and has had at least two made field goals in each of his past five games. He should be a safe option again in cash games this week when the Texans travel to Jacksonville to face the Jaguars.

Other Notables

  • Joash Lambo (SD): $4,700 vs. MIA
  • Dan Bailey (DAL): $4,900 at PIT

D/ST

Arizona Cardinals (ARI): $5,200 vs. SF
Just like with David Johnson, the Cardinals’ defense is pricey, but they are totally worth it against the 49ers at home., The Cardinals have one of the better defenses in the league and the 49ers really are not that good of a football team this season. The Cardinals should have no problems shutting down the 49ers, racking up some sacks and possibly even scoring a defensive touchdown.

Other Notables

  • Vikings (MIN): $4,900 at WAS
  • Texans (HOU): $4,700 at JAC
