When we are looking at building DFS GPP lineups for the full week of NFL games, it is natural for more attention to be given to the island games on Thursday, Sunday, and Monday night since those aren’t on the main slate and are on television. Some weeks those games offer great upside and fantasy production, such as last week with the Chiefs, Ravens, and the Packers all putting up 35 or more points.

However, some weeks the island games will draw too much attention and rostership away from better options on the Sunday main slate of games, and Week 3 could be one of those weeks. If you look to Vegas lines, both the Sunday night game (Packers vs. 49ers) and Monday night matchup (Eagles vs. Cowboys) feature high point totals and tight lines, but I feel like there could be some fool’s gold lurking in those matchups, so most of my GPP attention, even on the full slate, will be on the Sunday main slate games.

Quarterbacks: DraftKings

Russell Wilson (SEA): $7,600 vs. MIN
There are three games with a Vegas total sitting around 55 points this week, but two of those will likely get more attention than this one. The game between Seattle and Minnesota should garner a little less rostership overall and has the best chance to exceed the 55-point total.
