Fantasy Football Mock Draft: 10-Team, Superflex, PPR (2025)

Fantasy Football Mock Draft: 10-Team, Superflex, PPR (2025)

While everyone is focused on their upcoming dynasty rookie drafts, it’s never too early to prepare for redraft leagues. Everyone knows practice makes perfect, and there is no better way to practice than with the FantasyPros Mock Draft Simulator.

I am picking fourth in this 10-team, superflex, and PPR-scoring redraft mock draft. The lineup for this mock draft is one quarterback, two running backs, two wide receivers, one tight end, two flex, one superflex, and six bench spots.

Fantasy Football Mock Draft: Superflex, PPR

My goal for this mock draft was to use my first pick at quarterback while focusing on wide receivers over the next several rounds. Let’s see how it turned out.

Round 1, Pick 4 – Jayden Daniels (QB – WAS)

Daniels had an outstanding rookie season. He finished the year as the QB5, averaging 20.9 fantasy points per game despite leaving two contests early. The superstar was a force in the run game, setting the NFL record for rushing yards by a rookie quarterback (891). More importantly, Daniels completed 69% of his pass attempts for 3,568 yards and 25 touchdowns despite a lack of weapons. Fantasy players should expect a massive second-year breakout after the Commanders added Deebo Samuel Sr. and Laremy Tunsil this offseason.

Round 2, Pick 7 – Malik Nabers (WR – NYG)

No team had a worse quarterback situation than the Giants last season. Yet, Nabers was a fantasy superstar as a rookie. He finished the year as the WR6, averaging 18.2 PPR fantasy points per game, only 0.5 fewer than Justin Jefferson. Furthermore, Nabers was a mid-range WR1 despite missing two games with a concussion and a merry-go-round of awful quarterbacks. While Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston aren’t an elite duo, they are far better than last year’s group. Expect another big season from Nabers in 2025.

Round 3, Pick 4 – Brian Thomas Jr. (WR – JAX)

Everyone should have high expectations for Thomas this upcoming season. Last year, he finished the WR4, averaging 16.7 PPR fantasy points per game. Furthermore, Thomas was one of seven wide receivers to finish with double-digit receiving touchdowns. Yet, he put up these massive numbers despite playing only 10 games with Trevor Lawrence. More importantly, Mike Evans and Chris Godwin were weekly must-start receivers last season under the Jaguars’ new head coach, Liam Coen. Thomas could lead the NFL in targets after Jacksonville moved on from Christian Kirk and Evan Engram.

Round 4, Pick 7 – Ladd McConkey (WR – LAC)

My run on second-year wide receivers continues with the drafting of McConkey. While many thought the Chargers would trade for D.K. Metcalf or Tee Higgins this offseason, the team swapped out Joshua Palmer for Mike Williams in free agency. Therefore, McConkey will again be Justin Herbert’s clear-cut No. 1 wide receiver in 2025. Furthermore, the former Georgia star ended the year on fire, averaging 9.5 targets and 22.1 PPR fantasy points per game over his final five regular season contests and lone playoff matchup.

Round 5, Pick 4 – Ashton Jeanty (RB – Boise State)

While fantasy players don’t know which team he will play for in 2025, Jeanty is an elite running back prospect, making him a steal at this point of the mock draft. Hopefully, the former Boise State star gets drafted by the Las Vegas Raiders with the sixth overall pick later this month. Head coach Pete Carroll will make Jeanty his new Marshawn Lynch and the focal point of the offense. Therefore, don’t be surprised if the superstar running back ends his rookie season as a high-end RB1.

Round 6, Pick 7 – Alvin Kamara (RB – NO)

Kamara will turn 30 years old before the start of the 2025 season. However, he is still a fantasy superstar because of his role in the passing game. Last year, the veteran was the RB9, averaging 18.9 PPR fantasy points per contest. Furthermore, Kamara was the RB5 on a points-per-game basis. He ranked first in targets (89) while finishing second in receptions (68) and receiving yards (543) among running backs last season. Kamara should have another low-end RB1 finish under new head coach Kellen Moore.

Round 7, Pick 4 – Xavier Worthy (WR – KC)

The former Texas star was a league winner as a rookie, finishing as the WR10 during the fantasy playoffs, averaging 10.3 targets and 21 PPR fantasy points per game, totaling 19.6 or more in every contest. Furthermore, Worthy was a superstar during the Super Bowl, totaling eight receptions for 157 receiving yards, two touchdowns, and 35.7 fantasy points. Don’t be surprised if the former Texas star has a top-15 finish in 2025, especially with Rashee Rice expected to miss time with a suspension.

Round 8, Pick 7 –Matthew Stafford (QB – LAR)

Last year, Stafford was the QB19, averaging 13.4 fantasy points per game. However, he was one of the top quarterbacks for fantasy players when Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp were healthy. The veteran was the QB7 from Week 8 through Week 14, with both star wide receivers healthy, averaging 2.3 passing touchdowns and 19.8 fantasy points per game. Yet, Stafford could be even better in 2025 after the Rams swapped out Kupp for Davante Adamss. He is an excellent QB2 in superflex leagues.

Round 9, Pick 4 – J.J. McCarthy (QB – MIN)

Despite using my previous selection on Matthew Stafford, I always grab a third quarterback in superflex drafts, especially when my QB2 wasn’t an early pick. McCarthy didn’t play as a rookie because of a knee injury. Yet, the Vikings let Sam Darnold leave in free agency, showing their trust in the former Michigan star. Fantasy players should have high hopes for McCarthy because of his supporting cast. Minnesota signed two new starters to their offensive line in free agency and has one of the top receiving cores in the NFL.

Round 10, Pick 7 – Stefon Diggs (WR – NE)

Unfortunately, Diggs was the WR64 last season after missing the second half of the year with a torn ACL. However, he was outstanding before getting hurt. Diggs ranked as the WR6 over his seven healthy contests, averaging 15.6 PPR fantasy points per game. He was productive despite splitting targets with Nico Collins and Tank Dell. While Diggs is an older player coming off a significant injury, he should see enough targets as Drake Maye’s No. 1 wide receiver to have a WR2 finish in 2025.

Round 11, Pick 4 – Ricky Pearsall (WR – SF)

San Francisco made multiple changes at the wide receiver position this offseason. While Jauan Jennings was the team’s most consistent wide receiver in 2024, Pearsall is the one fantasy players should target next season despite a rocky rookie year. Unfortunately, he missed the first six weeks recovering from a gunshot during an attempted robbery during the preseason. Yet, Pearsall shined when getting the ball. He averaged 21.6 PPR fantasy points per game in the three contests with six or more targets, scoring three receiving touchdowns.

Round 12, Pick 7 – Javonte Williams (RB – DAL)

Everyone expects the Cowboys to pick a running back early in the 2025 NFL Draft, potentially in the first round. However, everyone thought that last year, with the team opting against drafting a running back at any point. Therefore, Williams could be a steal if Dallas doesn’t invest an early-round draft pick at the running back position. Last year, he was the RB30, averaging 9.3 PPR fantasy points per game while totaling four rushing touchdowns despite being in a crowded and dysfunctional backfield.

Round 13, Pick 4 – Jerome Ford (RB – CLE)

Many would like to wash their hands of Cleveland’s offense, regardless of who starts at quarterback in 2025. However, Ford could become a sneaky fantasy bargain in the final year of his rookie deal. Nick Chubb is a free agent and unlikely to return, given his age and injury history, making Ford the early favorite to start next season. More importantly, he was productive in 2023, with Chubb missing most of the year, finishing as the RB16, averaging 12.4 PPR fantasy points per game.

Round 14, Pick 7 – Dalton Kincaid (TE – BUF)

Kincaid had high expectations heading into last season, especially after the Bills moved on from Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis. Unfortunately, he failed to live up to them. The former Utah star ended the year as the TE29, averaging 7.8 PPR fantasy points per game. However, fantasy players should give Kincaid another shot this upcoming season. He missed four games because of an injury while playing most of the second half of last year hurt. Don’t be surprised if Kincaid shines in 2025.

Round 15, Pick 4 – Isaac Guerendo (RB – SF)

Hopefully, Christian McCaffrey can stay healthy in 2025 after dealing with multiple injuries last year. However, fantasy players should prepare for the worst, especially given the superstar’s injury history. Therefore, the 49ers’ No. 2 running back is arguably the top handcuff in fantasy football. That role belongs to Guerendo after the 49ers lost Elijah Mitchell in free agency and traded away Jordan Mason. Last season, Guerendo averaged 16.3 PPR fantasy points per game in the five contests with over five rushing attempts.
