Neil Walker played a few innings in the Sunday matchup for the Mets against the Tigers. Walker collected two at-bats and struck out in one of them.
Fantasy Impact:
Walker is a solid second baseman not only for his one season with the Mets, but for the majority of his career. Walker is coming off season-ending back surgery. Before he went out for surgery last year, he was playing his best ball of his career, offensively. Walker will again be a solid player if he's on your fantasy team in 2017, barring any injuries.
