David Price (elbow) was scheduled to make 30 throws from 75-to-90 feet Wednesday, Tim Britton of the Providence Journal reports. The Red Sox have been having Price throw two out of every three days as he aims to build up strength in his injured elbow. (Tim Britton on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Price is on track to open the season on the 10-day DL and could be at risk of missing all of April, though the team has yet to provide an official timetable for his return. Fantasy owners should avoid Price in upcoming fantasy drafts. He is too high of a risk with his elbow to be drafted at his current ADP.
