Jeremy Hellickson pitched 5 1/3 innings on Sunday, walking four batters, allowing four hits, and giving up five runs (three earned) in a no-decision against the San Francisco Giants. His ERA now sits at 4.50 while his WHIP is 1.20.
Fantasy Impact:
Hellickson has struggled lately, especially with his control. That is never a good sign for a pitcher who already doesn't strike out a lot of batters and who pitches for a team that will not provide much offensive support most days. He can still be rostered for now in deeper NL-only leagues in hopes that he rebounds, but that is about it.
