James Paxton threw seven dominant innings against the Red Sox on Monday, striking out 10 while allowing just four hits and no runs or walks to earn his 10th win of the season.

Paxton looked dominant on Monday in what was his sixth straight quality start and fifth time in his last six starts that he struck out seven or more batters. He now has a 2.84 ERA and 1.11 WHIP and is a matchup-proof starter capable of elite strikeout numbers in the second half. He is scheduled to face the Mets at home in his next start.
