Billy Hamilton will be placed on the 10-day disabled list with a broken left thumb before Thursday's game against the Mets. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
Hamilton suffered the injury while trying to bunt in the first of inning of Cincinnati's victory over the Brewers on Wednesday. It's unclear how much time he'll miss, but given that there are only a few weeks left in the season, he can likely be dropped. Obviously, this is a huge blow to his fantasy owners, as Hamilton had game-changing speed. Owners should see if players like Rajai Davis or Jarrod Dyson remain available on their free agent wires.
