Daniel Norris twirls five scoreless innings for win

Daniel Norris (5-8) tossed five scoreless innings of two-hit ball on Thursday to defeat the Royals 4-1. Norris struck out one and did not issue a walk in an efficient 54-pitch outing.
Fantasy Impact:
Norris missed a large chunk of the season with a groin injury but finished the year strong on Thursday. His season ends with a 5.31 ERA, 1.61 WHIP and 7.6 K/9 rate in 101 2/3 innings pitched including 18 starts. Norris should be in line for a spot in the Tigers' rotation next season.
