Justin Verlander dominates in Game 6
by Brendan Tuma | Astros Correspondent | Sat, Oct 21st 12:06am EDT
Justin Verlander fired seven shutout innings in Game 6 of the ALCS versus the Yankees on Friday night. He struck out eight, walked one, and allowed five hits.
Fantasy Impact:
Houston would go on to win 7-1. Verlander was lights out for the Astros as he has been since they acquired him. He's been otherworldly in the post-season in particular. Should the Astros win this series Verlander will likely be named ALCS MVP. Game 7 will be played on Saturday night.
