Ichiro close to signing with Mariners

Bob Nightengale of USA Today reports that Ichiro Suzuki and the Seattle Mariners are close to agreeing to terms on a one year deal. (Bob Nightengale on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This is probably reaction to the Ben Gamel injury, but it's a move baseball fans will be delighted to see. Ichiro is now 44 years and old, and while he has said he wants to play until he's 50, ending his career in Seattle would be a fitting move. The future Hall of Famer hit just .255 in 2017, and shouldn't be someone fantasy players spend too much time thinking about.
