Blake Snell pulled after five perfect innings

Blake Snell received the win on Friday against the Blue Jays in a game in which he threw five perfect innings with six strikeouts. He lowered his season ERA to 2.18.

Fantasy Impact:

Snell was dealing and could have continued on his way to a perfect game if not for his recent injury. The Rays have nothing to play for at this point of the season so why risk an injury? Snell hopefully will continue to go deeper into games going forward. He has been a fantasy MVP with his elite production and drafted around pick 200.
