Charlie Morton signing with Tampa Bay Rays

Jeff Passan of Yahoo Sports reports the Rays and Charlie Morton have an agreement in place for two years and $30 million. (Jeff Passan on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It’s a very reasonable contract for a pitcher with big time upside who also has some injury risk. Morton joins Blake Snell and Tyler Glasnow as mainstays in the Tampa Bay rotation. The Rays will likely use openers for the other two rotation spots.
