Manny Machado has no offer from Yankees or Dodgers

Jon Heyman of Fancred Sports reports Manny Machado does not have an official offer from either the Yankees or the Dodgers. (Jon Heyman on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Heyman adds that Machado and the Yankees were very far apart on contract terms when they first talked so New York hasn't made an official offer. The Yankees certainly don't need Machado with how many infielders they have now. It looks like the likeliest destination for the 26-year-old will be with the White Sox. The Phillies are in play too.
