Fantasy Impact:
Brewers manager Craig Counsell said there's still time for Jeffress to get ready for Opening Day but admitted it will be tough. Jeffress was dominant for much of 2018 but lasted just three pitches in his Cactus League debut yesterday. His absence would create more save opportunities for Corey Knebel and Josh Hader.
