Trevor Richards tosses quality start in losing effort Wednesday

Miami Marlins starter Trevor Richards allowed three runs on five hits and three walks while striking out seven over six innings in a loss to the New York Mets on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact:

Richards has now tossed two quality starts to begin the season, allowing four runs while striking out 11 over 12 innings. Richards showed potential at times last season and ended up striking out more than a batter per inning, but his value will be limited by a weak Miami lineup that is unlikely to provide him with regular run support.
