Red Sox outfielder/designated hitter J.D. Martinez is not in the lineup for Game 1 of the team's doubleheader against the Tampa Bay Rays on Saturday, and he is unlikely to play in Game 2, according to a report from Jen McCaffrey of The Athletic.
