Fantasy Impact:
It's a disappointing end to a brief tenure with the Angels. Allen entered the year as the team's locked-in closer but quickly fell out of favor. The right-hander posted a 6.26 ERA through 25 appearances after signing a one-year, $8.5 million deal in the off-season. He'll likely wind up somewhere on a minor league deal.
