Kansas City Royals right-hander Glenn Sparkman hurled a complete-game shutout in an 11-0 win over the White Sox on Tuesday. Sparkman struck out eight in the outing.

Sparkman dominated the White Sox hitters, allowing just five hits in the win. He improved his record to 3-5 with a 4.54 ERA, 1.34 WHIP, and 42 strikeouts in 73 1/3 innings of work. Don't expect a repeat performance in his next start, which comes against Cleveland.
