Cole Hamels wants to be traded

The Philadelphia Phillies enter spring training tomorrow clearly in a rebuilding mode after trading Jimmy Rollins, Marlon Byrd and Antonio Bastardo. Pitcher Cole Hamels is one of several still on the trading block, although the asking price is high for Hamels. He made it very clear today that he wants to win and doesn't see that happening with the Phillies. Although reportedly four teams have made offers, and four others are interested, Hamels for now remains a Phillie. (CSNPhilly.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Hamels will be one of the top fantasy starters whether he stays with the Phillies or is moved to a contender. He becomes Cy Young Award material with the potential to win 20 games should he be moved to a contender. Expect Hamels to be a strong contributor this season in nearly every category.
