Chicago White Sox right-hander Reynaldo Lopez was excellent in a 7-1 win over the Tigers in the first game of a Saturday doubleheader. Lopez allowed one run over eight innings while striking out nine.
Fantasy Impact:
His only mistake was a solo homer off the bat of Miguel Cabrera in the first inning. Lopez wraps up an up-and-down season with a 10-15 record, 5.38 ERA, 1.46 WHIP, and 169 strikeouts in 184 innings of work.
