Suarez underwent surgery to remove loose cartilage in his right shoulder back in late-January. Bell adds that the latest updates on his recovery are encouraging. It likely still makes sense to downgrade Suarez a tiny bit just because of the risk involved with a pre-existing injury, but this update is certainly good news.
