David Freese hit his first home run of the spring today, while knocking in three runs.
Fantasy Impact:
With the absence of Howie Kendrick in the Angels line up, they are going to need more production from David Freese. He seems up to the task, and if he can pick up where he left off in the last two months of last season, he should be a solid third basemen. Freese could also see more at bats this season, especially while Josh Hamilton is out. He will probably hit clean up against lefties, and move down to 5th or 6th against righties.
