Andrelton Simmons possibly activated this weekend

Andrelton Simmons has been getting in some live at-bats at the Angels' alternate site in Long Beach and is "a lot closer" to returning per Angels skipper Joe Maddon. (Jeff Fletcher)
Fantasy Impact:
Maddon also went on to say that he wouldn't rule Simmons out for the team's weekend series against the Dodgers. It sounds like the shortstop is trending in the right direction and should be activated very soon. Simmons has been on the shelf since July 28th with a sprained ankle.
