Jason Castro inks two-year deal with the Astros

The Astros have signed free agent catcher Jason Castro to a two-year, $7 million contract. (Mark Feinsand on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Castro will return to Houston where he spent the first six seasons of his career (2010-2016). He slashed .188/.293/.375 with two home runs, nine RBI, eight runs scored across 92 plate appearances for the Padres/Angels in 2020. Castro will most likely split time behind the dish with veteran catcher Martin Maldonado and is mainly an option in two-catcher formats.
