David Wright diagnosed with pulled hamstring
by Jeffrey DelGuidice | Tue, Apr 14th 10:36pm EDT
Mets manager Terry Collins announced after tonight's game that David Wright has been diagnosed with a pulled right hamstring. Collins also referred to the injury as a "major problem". Wright hurt himself and left the game in the bottom of the 8th inning after sliding awkwardly into second base.
Fantasy Impact:
This is not the news the Mets or fantasy owners wanted to hear. Pulled hamstrings can last a while depending on the severity. A DL stint is almost certain for Wright.
