Fantasy Impact:
Chacin was spotted throwing in front of Rockies coaches earlier on Wednesday just two days after being released by the Yankees. The 33-year-old began his career in Colorado so he's used to the downside of pitching in Coors Field. He's expected to sign a Major League deal and should be on the active roster for Thursday's Opening Day game vs. the Los Angeles Dodgers. He will most likely begin the season in the Rockies' pen.
