Alex Verdugo doubles and scores Red Sox only run on Thursday

Alex Verdugo continued his incredible 2021 with a leadoff double in the sixth inning, and he later scored on a double by Rafael Devers. Verdugo scored the only run for the Sox in their 4-1 loss to the Rangers.
Fantasy Impact:
Verdugo is red hot in 2021. He is now hitting .314 with three home runs and thirteen RBIs on the season. This is exactly what the Red Sox were hoping Verdugo would become when they acquired him as a part of the Mookie Betts trade with the Dodgers. He is an extremely valuable fantasy asset, one that has a very high ceiling, but also a relatively high floor as well.
