Walker Buehler serves up three home runs in no-decision

by Jon Mathisen | Dodgers Correspondent | Wed, May 12th 12:04pm EDT

RHP Walker Buehler took a no-decision on Tuesday when he allowed four runs on four hits with one walk and eight strikeouts over seven innings in the Dodgers' 6-4 win over the Mariners.

Fantasy Impact:

Walker allowed just four hits on the day but they accounted for all four of the Mariners' runs. Talk about bad luck. Mitch Haniger took him deep twice for a pair of solo shots and Kyle Seager smacked a two-run dinger off of him in the fourth inning. He was still able to punch out eight and the Dodgers came from behind to win the game, protecting him from the loss. Buehler has now allowed 11 runs over his last 19 1/3 innings (three starts), which has raised his ERA to 3.45. He still has a solid 0.90 WHIP and 47:3 K/BB ratio over 44 1/3 innings on the season. He should have an easier time against the Marlins at home on Sunday.
