Wil Crowe (0-2) was saddled with his second loss Thursday against the Giants, allowing three runs on six hits and one walk across five innings. He struck out five.
Fantasy Impact:
Crowe was cruising through the first four innings, then ran into trouble in the fifth by allowing three runs on two extra-base hits. In 20.2 innings this season, Crowe sports a 4.35 ERA and 1.35 WHIP, to go along with a 17:10 K:BB. He takes the ball every fifth day for the Pirates, but doesn't offer anything worthwhile from a fantasy perspective.
