Mets 3B/OF J.D. Davis should begin a rehab assignment in 1-2 weeks. Davis hasn't played since May 1 but started taking swings recently. (Tim Britton on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This is good news for Davis and fantasy managers with a lengthy injury absence. Hopefully, this hand injury doesn't impact Davis' power since he performed well to start the season with two home runs, a .390 batting average, 1.089 OPS, and 19.2% barrel rate in 48 plate appearances.
