Blake Treinen out until at least the All-Star break

Blake Treinen, who hasn't pitched since April 8th due to right shoulder inflammation, is opting to rehab his injury rather than undergo surgery. He will be sidelined until at least the All-Star break, according to manager Dave Roberts, who is hopeful to have his best reliever back for the stretch run. (MLB.com)
Fantasy Impact:
This is terrible news for Treinen, the Dodgers, and fantasy managers hoping to have the 2021 holds leader back soon. He's droppable in redraft leagues unless you can comfortably stash him on your IL for a few months.
