Twins SS Carlos Correa is expected to hit the IL. He reportedly needs more time for his injured finger to heal than what was originally expected. (Dan Hayes on Twitter)

Its important to note that there hasn't been any setbacks. This move seems to be about the Twins needing the roster spot now and being willing to let Correa fully heal on the IL. He is hitting .255 with a 110 wRC+ so far this season.
