Fantasy Impact:
Cano had a solid spring training with the New York Mets, but was a roster cut victim with the MLB rosters going from 28 to 26 players. With the Padres’ offense struggling, it makes sense to take a shot on Cano and see what if he can still produce. Fantasy managers will want to wait and see what Cano’s role will be after signing.
