As announced by the team prior Friday evening's game, Lucas Giolito has been placed on the COVID-19 Related Injured List. (Chicago White Sox on Twitter)

Giolito has been placed on the IL due to a COVID-19 related matter and will have to clear protocol before returning to the team. The 27-year-old is 2-1 with a 2.70 ERA this season.
