Red Sox pitcher James Paxton has played catch from 60 feet twice this week. He was also in Boston Sunday for a doctor’s visit and will travel with the team to continue throwing. (Chris Cotillo on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact:

Paxton continues to work his way back from Tommy John surgery. He was placed on the 60-day IL on March 16th and was forced to halt his throwing program due to elbow discomfort. It is a good sign for the Red Sox and fantasy managers that he has begun playing catch as he continues to work his way back.
