Bruce Zimmermann struck out two batters while recording the loss and allowing seven earned runs, 10 hits, and zero walks over 4 2/3 innings of work Friday versus the Royals.
Fantasy Impact:
Zimmermann's ERA continues to take hit after hit as it currently sits at 5.52. The strikeouts have truly dried up with only five total strikeouts in his last three starts. The fantasy value has been disappearing after every start. The lefty pitcher is scheduled to start against the Blue Jays in Toronto on June 15.
