Buddy Kennedy went 2-for-4 Saturday, singling, tripling, and driving in one run in the Diamondbacks' 4-3 loss to the Padres.

Kennedy has gotten hot at the plate for the Diamondbacks, hitting .357 with two runs scored and one run batted in over his last seven games. The 23-year-old will look to improve on an inconsistent season so far at the plate for the Diamondbacks, hitting .235 with nine runs scored, one home run, and 12 runs batted in through 24 games this season.
