Christian Arroyo ropes two-run double in win

Red Sox second baseman Christian Arroyo went 3-for-5 with two singles and a two-run double during Wednesday’s game against the Pirates. He plated three runs and scored once in the contest. Boston ultimately defeated Pittsburgh by a score of 8-3.
Fantasy Impact:
Arroyo returned from the injured list on July 30 and has looked fantastic ever since, going 22-for-56 (.393) through 16 games. During that span, he has contributed seven extra-base hits, seven RBI, and four walks. He has quickly developed some waiver wire appeal as the season carries on.
