Eric Lauer tossed seven strong innings on the mound for the Brewers Wednesday, allowing two runs on four hits while also walking three and striking out seven in the Brewers' 2-1 loss to the Dodgers.
Fantasy Impact:
Lauer has allowed three runs or less in each of three starts on the mound this month for the Brewers, posting a 2.70 ERA and 1.15 WHIP with 16 strikeouts in that span. The left-hander has been inconsistent for much of the season, posting a 1.20 WHIP and 3.58 ERA with 123 strikeouts in 22 starts (8-5) on the mound this season.
