Vinnie Pasquantino left Monday's game after a swing left him holding his right hand/arm and appeared to be in serious pain. (Alec Lewis on Twitter)

Pasquantino was holding his right arm after a swing left him in serious pain. He was replaced by Nick Pratto and will not return to Monday's game. He is considered day-to-day for now.
