Zack Greinke fires seven scoreless innings in no decision Tuesday

Zack Greinke pitched seven innings, allowing zero runs on four hits and one walk while striking out two in Kansas City’s 4-3 loss to Detroit on Tuesday.
Fantasy Impact:
Greinke gave arguably his best performance of 2022, completing seven innings for the first time this season. Unfortunately for him, the Kansas City bullpen couldn’t finish the game and promptly gave up the lead in the 8th costing him the victory. It was the 19th time this season that Greinke walked one or fewer batters. Greinke remains 4-9 with a 3.98 ERA, 1.35 WHIP, and 72 strikeouts in 131 innings across 25 starts this season. Greinke’s next and final start of the season is scheduled for Monday against the Guardians.
