DL Hall to enter Spring Training as a starter

DL Hall will enter Spring Training with the intention of being a starter. The Orioles want him to start and he will have a chance to make the starting rotation to start the season. (Roch Kubatko on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It's unclear what the plan would be if he doesn't make the rotation right away, whether it would be going to Triple-A to keep starting or going to the bullpen. He had a 12.51 K/9 last season and will be an interesting name to watch throughout Spring Training.
