Fantasy Impact:

Jobe was hit with a 3-6 month recovery timeline in mid-March when the back issue arose and he's throwing live batting practice almost exactly three months into his rehab. The 2021 third overall pick has just one season of pro ball under his belt, tossing a 3.84 ERA with 81 strikeouts against 30 walks in 77 1/3 innings between Single-A and High-A last season. The 20-year-old is known for his high spin rates and was a below-slot selection for the Tigers in 2021.
