Alex Bregman went 1-for-5 with two RBI in the Astros' 6-3 victory over the Athletics.
Fantasy Impact:
Despite the win, Bregman's performance this season continues to be underwhelming, with a batting average lingering around the Mendoza line at .209. His contribution of 21 RBI over 48 games does little to offset the concern over his lack of power and on-base skills this year, as evidenced by his modest totals of four home runs and 18 walks. Fantasy managers should be wary; Bregman's current form does not bode well for high returns, and his low .220 BABIP suggests there might not be a significant turnaround in the near future. Adjust your expectations and roster accordingly.
