Taking to center field in his 2016 debut Saturday against the New York Mets, Carlos Gomez had a rough go at the plate. He went 0-for-2 with a fly out and a strikeout. He begins this spring without an average.
Fantasy Impact:
Like Rasmus, Gomez did not get a start until today, which would have likely contributed to his stumble in the batter's box. The veteran center fielder will likely improve as Grapefruit League goes on. However, fantasy holders will want to draft with caution.
